small jop

I need a very smooth scrolling animation in Java to work on windows xp and Linux ubuntu

i need just the technique(like Double Buffering and Page Flipping) with simple code like

this one that i uploaded but its not smooth like i want.

just give me a sample code (.jar )to decide if it really smooth or not.
