94021 Tournament Script

I want a website where I can arrange small/big tournaments.

I want to create tournamets of 2-4-8-16-32-64-128....-16384-.....??? players.

Also the members can log-in and invite members for tournament and create tournaments.

All the members can earn points for every tournament won or every match played.

There 2 options for the game

1-Multi player game can be added and members will play with each other - hosting expenses high - Whatwould be the cost if I want poker (4-6 people table)

2-There will be a single player game and the member with the best score will qualify for the next round. - preffered

I am waiting for your recommendation for the game and your total cost for this website.
