Hello Freelancers: I have a huge Excel spreadsheet that is layed out as follows:
COLUMNS: Coder 1 Coder 2
Case ID 3 3
Variable 1 2 2
Variable 2 8 21
Variable 3 1 9
Unfortunately, the software I am using needs a different format. The format it wants should be:
Unit var1coder1 var1coder2 var2coder1 var2coder2 var3coder1 var3coder2
case 3 2 2 8 21 1 9
Obviously, I am working with a lot more data than the example but the logic should be the same. I don't care what language it is written in but it should be accurate and fast. I can give sample date if that will help..
Can anyone help? I don't want to spend my time copying/pasting which is time consuming and error prone.
