# 1423 Mortgage Calculator

I need the following program writen today (at least step 2 by Saturday 12:00 EST, September 2) and they need to be in different .java files as I have outline in different parts below. This will really b one program but it is broke up into several parts or steps. Hopfully for an experienced java programmer this will not take more than an hour or so to complete. (Part 1) Write a console-based Java program that calculates and displays the mortgage payment amount given the amount of the mortgage, the term of the mortgage, and the interest rate of the mortgage. For now, hard code the amount to \$200,000, the term to 30 years, and the interest rate to [url removed, login to view]%. (Part 2) Modify the mortgage program to also list the loan balance and interest and principal paid for each payment over the term of the loan. The list would scroll off the screen so use loops to display a partial list, hesitate and prompt the user to continue, and then display more of the list. Continue using a command-line interface and the prior hard-coded values. This is a continuation of part 1. (Part 3) Modify the mortgage program to calculate and display the mortgage payment amount for each of three mortgage loans: 7 years at [url removed, login to view]%, 15 years at 5.5%, and 30 years at [url removed, login to view]%. Use an array for the different loans. Hard code the loan amount to \$200,000. Continue using a command-line interface. This is a continuation of part 2. (Part 4) Modify the mortgage program to calculate and display the mortgage payment amount for each of three mortgage loans: 7 years at [url removed, login to view]%, 15 years at 5.5%, and 30 years at [url removed, login to view]%, then prompt the user for the desired loan, display the mortgage payment amount for that loan, then list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of that loan. Use an array for the different loans. Hard code the loan amount to \$200,000. Use loops to prevent the lists from scrolling off the screen. Continue using a command-line interface. This is a continuation of part 3, and will be the final part of the program.
