Japanese national archives translation

Job Description:
I have a file from the Japanese national archives created ca. 1914/1915 and would like a rough idea of which sections relate to British orders for military equipment (for those that do relate to Britain, the relevant dates and a rough sense of the topics discussed would also be useful): basically, I'd like a list of the relevant contents to enable me to select parts for a full translation later on.
The document is handwritten but the characters generally seem to be well-formed and legible. The file is ca. 360 pages, but I'd anticipate that this shouldn't take more than a couple of hours for a fluent reader, as the file is well-structured and has clear cover pages for the individual elements.
