Update Swift 2 codes to Swift 5.1 - Fixing Onesignal Logic

The Project is already live in the App Store.
It crashes with the updated iOS versions.
So the codes should be upgraded.
The libraries should also be upgraded.
Errors and warnings should be removed.
The app should work stable.
Onesignal Problem:
The Onesignal feature is working fine. The problem is that when the notifications are not saved in some cases.
If the user receives a notification and clicks on it from the device Today screen the notification is saved in the app.
But when the user opens the app directly from the apps icon the received notification gets lost.
It should be saved when the user received any notification so it souldn't be lost in any case.
The screens are added which are already working.
