Need improvments for an existing Enterprise iOS app

We are looking for a freelancer to do some improvements to an existing pre-coded enterprise iOS app. Latest source codes of working version will be shared with the friend who accepted the job.
You can find a summary of the improvements to be made below.
1- Adding location services and location permission management to the app
2- Checking the user's location every 15 minutes and recording the user's last location to the sql database if there is change on location. Only the record related to the last location of the user will be updated and no archive records will be kept.

3- Creating a map screen and displaying the closest assemblage points which are stored in the database on the map
4- Adding a button for users who do not allow permanent location access and which will save the current location to the sql database when the user clicks this button.
Since the project is an urgent project, please bid for those who can start and complete it in a short time.
Compilation of the application will be done by us and payment will be made when the source codes are transmitted to us and tested.
