We have a list of "things we didn't know" ([url removed, login to view]) (a.k.a. "facts"), which will be stored in a CSV or XML (your choice!) remotely on our server.
The app will need to come packaged with the facts, and be updatable from said remote file on a predefined time basis.
Each "thing we didn't know" is a sentence of text, and will be displayed on the screen, one at a time. The user will be able to flick through the facts by swiping or tapping.
For a similar app already created, please see ([url removed, login to view]).
Most "facts" would be a simple sentence, but every x number swiped through will be a "product you didn't know about", which will include a photograph, price, and clicking it will link to that website. This feature will need to be able to be disabled.
As well as the default "all" mode, where it simply cycles through facts, there will be a menu where the user can select a category and only facts of that category (category is defined in the spreadsheet/XML file) will be shown.
A more detailed brief with diagrams etc. will of course be available. Although you should be a skilled designer, we will provide artwork.
