first they choose there effort level and time , then there rest periods( for between sets and exercises) and music from the iphone collection.
Exercise description and choice to see a 10 sec video showing how to do the exercise properly.
Large green button appears then to start first set . button then turn to red and timer starts to record time of set when finished they hit Red button to finish your exercise sets and starts rest period timer.
when timer hit zero alarm sounds and Button then changes to Green for start your next set or arrow move on to next exercise/body part
after 3 sets completes training time recorded
user will be able to choose which bodyparts they want to exercise also they will be able to choose to do just 30 cardio workout
there also will be a light version for people to try for free and the main version be have a subsciption to it, with 6 updates a year
