Building an ios App from scratch

The Website is called [login to view URL] and there are markets with certain contracts and prices associated with them. I want to have an app where I can get alerts when prices of certain markets go up or down or meet a certain threshold. App in IOS Please - compatible with Iphones

On Predictit there are many markets, each market has a specific name and it has a corresponding URL and a specific market number
Also - every once in a while markets close and new markets with new names and URLS come up (the app should update with new markets daily and take away the markets that close)

Each contract has a yes and a no price
The current yes price can be seen on the row under the column that says latest yes price
The current no price is all the way on the right of the column
What I want is an app where There are two kinds of alerts - URGENT and Normal alert
So You can go in to the app, and see a list of all the markets that are open on predictit - you can search the market by name or by URL
Then, when you go to the market you can see what the current yes and no price for that market is
And You can put in an alert. So let us say there is a market where the current yes price is 12 cents, you can put in an alert for 5 cents. So if the website for that market and that contract ever changes so that the current yes price goes to 5 cents or below, you can get a notification via the app. You should be able to put a key word to describe the market and so when a person gets a notification The notification should just be a banner on the phone. If possible the banner should say the key word(s) or phrase that the person put in for that notification and an alert that the current yes price is at 5 cents or below. This should be a normal alert. You should also be able to make the alert an urgent alert such that the notifications give a banner and a sound on the phone and the banner says something like URGENT! -
Also you should be able to set how many times you get the alert for the price - so sometimes the price goes from 12 cents to 4 cents back to 6 cents back to 4 cents - but when you set the notification you should be able to say, give me as many notifications until I turn the notification off or give me only one notification
I want to be able to for specific contracts, get alerts when the yes or no price moves to certain limits i select
Should also be able to see all the markets you have alerts for in one place so you dont have to search for each one
Also the front page of the app should have a consent form
