Good one, I really like your idea ... I have experience of 2+ years in Game Development in Unity and Graphics Designing Tools. I also love to experiment and make new types of game. I guarantee you I will experiment and show you the progress with obstacles, the bottom wall ( any image you want). If you agree I can complete the working demo game in 1-2 days and then we can update it as you want. Also since you mentioned it's an adult game we can also add more elements like d*ck in place of pipes( in Flappy birds ). And va*ina as the bottom ground so when you hit the ground, game is over and dildo will not be able to escape.
