Develop an app for Iphone, ipod, mac

I am looking for a professional programmer and designer who could develop an app for apple i store for me. It is a very simple one: - round shaped graphics divided into 24 sections (need fantastic graphics as well) - the app gives a special signal in every 2 hours and gives you some info connected to that section - it might have a touchscreen function so you can navigate amongst the sections and read all the info if you want I need to have a sensational design and the development of the above for myself.
