We need an application to be developed on the three major platforms - iPad, Blacberry, Android that will allow users to download an epub on to their smart phones/ devices and read the publication. The vendor will be responsible for converting the 128 page pre-designed pdf publication (images, text, graphs, tables etc) into epub.
The process of updating the publication will be required 4 times a year.
