This is a strong fit, and I’d start with the highest-risk workflow first. For a FaultLine Meter-Link Development, the hard part is balancing sensor scanning accuracy, battery life, Bluetooth/SIM fallback, and OTA-ready embedded reliability. My approach would be to validate the sensor matrix and power budget first, then design the acquisition PCB, embedded firmware, connectivity fallback, and OTA/admin controls in staged prototypes. Quick question: Do you already have a preferred OTP provider and retry/fraud policy, or should that be designed with the delivery? Also, do you already have the API and screen designs, or should the first milestone define the end-to-end mobile flow? Best, Dr. Syafiq

Your FaultLine Meter-Link concept aligns with my experience delivering BLE measurement bridges for industrial tools. The 55×32 mm, 4-layer FR-4 board with ENIG and mixed SMT/THT assembly fits a disciplined hardware workflow. I’d design a robust HV front-end around AMC3330, AMC3302, and ADS131M04, with careful creepage/clearance and a safe pass-through path. The ESP32-C3 will handle BLE to FaultLine PRO, with USB-C charging and efficient power management. I can provide BOM, fabrication and assembly quotes for 10 boards, plus banana-jack sourcing options and a concise validation plan for the prototype. What isolation rating and validation plan do you require for the high-voltage sensing section (1000 VAC/1000 VDC target), including creepage/clearance margins and any regulatory expectations for the prototype? Hi, I am an embedded systems engineer with over 16 years of experience developing industrial electronics, precision measurement systems, BLE-connected devices, mixed-signal PCBs, and consumer-grade products from concept through prototype and production. I can support the FaultLine Meter-Link across schematic/PCB review, high-voltage layout, creepage and clearance, component sourcing, fabrication and SMT/THT assembly coordination, ESP32-C3 firmware, real-time BLE data transfer, and the companion application. I understand that the specified components—particularly those in the sensing, isolation, protection, and connector paths—must not be substituted or altered without approval. I will first review the schematic, PCB files, BOM, mechanical constraints, and measurement architecture, then prepare the manufacturing package and obtain separate pricing for fabrication, sourcing, SMT, THT, banana-jack options, setup, shipping, and lead time. The bid covers the initial engineering and production-readiness phase; manufacturing and component costs can be finalized once the design files are reviewed. Relevant projects cannot be shared publicly, but I can show suitable examples privately. Are the schematic, PCB layout, Gerbers, BOM, and firmware already complete, and which app platform should be prioritized? Please contact me to discuss details.

The critical part of Meter-Link is not BLE transmission; it is validating the high-voltage/current measurement path and mechanical isolation before committing the prototype PCB to assembly. For Phase 1, I would review the existing schematic/layout around the ADS131M04, AMC3330, AMC3302, protection network, pass-through current path, USB-C/battery domain and banana terminals, then prepare the design for controlled prototype manufacture. I’ll also validate the BOM/CPL against JLCPCB assembly options, including consigned or manually installed Pomona THT jacks. The firmware architecture will keep acquisition, calibration and BLE transport separated so the companion application can consume a stable measurement protocol later. I can start after award once the schematic, PCB files, BOM and intended current/CAT requirements are available.

Hello!, I am a US-based full stack/embedded developer with around 10 years of experience building BLE-connected hardware, industrial measurement prototypes, PCB bring-up workflows, cross-platform companion apps, real-time data displays, and firmware/software integrations. I read your project description carefully and understand FaultLine Meter-Link is both a hardware and software prototype: a compact BLE bridge that passes measurement through standard 4mm safety banana leads while independently sensing voltage/current/resistance and sending live readings to a FaultLine PRO app. I can help with the BLE firmware, companion app, real-time data handling, PCB/assembly coordination, BOM review, prototype bring-up, and manufacturing handoff. I’d be careful around the 1000VAC/VDC design target and would not modify isolation, protection, connector, or creepage/clearance areas without approval. Relevant work includes: - BLE sensor bridge with mobile app dashboard - ESP32-based industrial monitoring prototype - PCB bring-up and vendor assembly coordination - Real-time measurement display app Could you please clarify the following questions to help me better understand the project? 1. Is the PCB schematic/layout already complete, or do you need design review too? 2. Should the first app target iOS, Android, Windows, or cross-platform? 3. Do you want me to prepare the JLCPCB RFQ/BOM/assembly files, or only advise on options? Regards, James Zappi

Dear Client, Yes—I’m happy to start with the FaultLine Meter-Link hardware and prototype path. The critical part is making the 1000 VAC/VDC sensing chain, current path, isolation and BLE electronics coexist safely inside a 55 × 32 mm board. PCB Must Innovations brings 30+ years of electronics/PCB experience across precision analog front ends, isolated sensing, high-voltage design, current measurement, BLE, battery products, mixed-signal layout and DFM. I can support schematic/PCB review, isolation strategy, protection, ADC/AFE integration, banana-jack mechanics, JLCPCB sourcing/assembly planning, BOM control and prototype validation. The amateur trap is making the readings work on a bench while overlooking clearance, transient protection or mechanical stress around the 4 mm jacks. Haha, 1000 V is very good at turning “almost enough” into “not enough.” I’m happy to offer a free consultation first so we can review the measurement architecture before hardware is frozen. One question: is the present schematic already complete, or do you want fabrication/assembly quotation plus engineering review/redesign? Message me with that answer and I’ll outline the safest pilot path before you commit. You’ll get traceable design decisions, controlled substitutions and a prototype plan built around measurable validation. Kind Regards Prat PCB Must Innovations

Hello, your Meter-Link prototype is really about safely bridging high-voltage measurement hardware with reliable BLE data delivery. I work regularly with Arduino, Android App Development, and Electrical Engineering, which fits closely with what you’re trying to accomplish. I’d start by reviewing your PCB stackup, banana-jack footprint strategy, and the current sensing/isolation sections, then handle the SMT and THT assembly plan and BLE app interface in a structured way, testing isolation behavior, pass-through continuity, and real-time measurement transfer as I go rather than leaving validation until the end. The goal would be to deliver a manufacturable prototype quote and assembly path that is accurate and approval-safe. I can begin this week and should have this completed within 3 weeks. One thing I’d like to confirm before starting: do you want the first quote to assume the banana jacks are customer-supplied, installed by JLCPCB, or left unpopulated? Best regards, Miguel
