Hi, Two apps sharing one backend - rider requests a trip, driver receives and accepts it, both with their own profile areas. Leaving payments and live tracking out of release one is a sensible call, it keeps the first build focused on the part that has to be right. The core of it is dispatch: a request has to reach the right nearby drivers, and once one accepts, it must disappear for everyone else instantly with no double acceptance.
