An HD export unlocked inside your app is digital content, so Apple requires In-App Purchase. Stripe is not a slower option, it is a rejected one. IAP with server-side receipt validation, and Apple takes 15-30%. Price the export knowing that. 2. THIS CANNOT RUN ON-DEVICE. Core ML or TFLite will not turn photos into a rigged mesh and render 20 seconds of video on an iPhone. That is a server pipeline with a GPU. The app uploads, polls, downloads the mp4. Worth knowing because it means a per-render cost you carry forever, not just a build cost. On consistency, which is the actual hard part: you do not solve it by generating frames and hoping. You generate the avatar ONCE as a real rigged asset, then animate that asset. Hair, glasses and outfit colour cannot drift between frames if they are geometry and textures rather than a fresh guess each frame. That also gives you the reusable avatar you asked for, free. MVP: roughly 3 weeks. Week 1 the pipeline end to end on one test face, week 2 SwiftUI app and IAP, week 3 the render dashboard and TestFlight. Rs 1,250/hr.
