We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to work remotely from a Home Office on a range of admin and financial responsibilities, and provide support to the company’s Exec team.
Key competencies must include:
Strong Executive, Office Management, and HR / candidate recruiting experience
Experience with all aspects of accounting systems, including QuickBooks. Proficient in the full range of accounting and Payroll functions, including posting to Quickbooks and producing monthly reports and other management reports for the President.
Payroll, AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, sales tax, cash projections, and collections.
MUST have advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills.
Accounting degree, and 5+ years+ experience is a must
