Social Media Manager -- 2

Looking for someone who understands social media in general , where it is currently and has been and the way it appears to be going. The main platforms you need to be strong at is:
1) Instagram
2)Facebook
3)Pintrest
4)Reddit
Your first duties will be to organize all those page properly, this means you need outfit the page to be business professional based on our niche (lingerie space) . It needs to flow well and be on point with our competitors and be overall a easy to read pretty modern page. The next thing to do will be gather research about our niche and once you are well equipped with this knowledge you can make the correct post/stories/pins/boards etc.
Ads is a part of our overall strategy but not our go to, but you should have a good understanding of being effective with ad spend. You need to also know the culture of each platform and how to talk to those influencers and general consumer on those platforms. You need to understand seo and proper use of hashtags and how the algorithms work per each platform.
This job is longterm and obviously can morph into more as we assess your performance.
