SEO Analysis and basic SEO work

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE READING THE BRIEF. I am NOT looking for an SEO Monthly plan for someone to do all the SEO work. I am a technology company doing web and SEO and I am only looking help with PARTS of the SEO. PLEASE DO NOT submit a bid to say you are going to do monthly SEO management and get me to 1st place in Google. If you do I will delete your bid. I know SEO and going straight to number 1 is not going to happen. SEO is a long term project Please read the brief and bid for the work I need done. THANK YOU ALSO please don’t ask me for a URL for my site as I will only give that to the winning bidder who I have a non-disclosure agreement with. I am working for my client and I do not want other companies to contact my client I run a technology company and I have a number of clients and at the moment I have some work I need additional support with. I have a client with a 5 page WordPress website that I am in the process of working on. I have almost completed the site and I now need some help. I need a SEO person to do the following. Do a key word analysis report for me so I can work with my client to create a SEO plan. 1. SEO Analysis Report • Research the keywords for the local market. This is a local business and there is no need for international markets – local markets only • Analyse the current website for good practice – does the current website meet good practice and if not what do we need to do to make it right. • Write the report so I can review with my client 2. Basic SEO on site work (on the home page which will be the target page). This will be done after I review the report with the client. • Insert the keywords and meta tags and descriptions • Analyse the HTML and fix issues • Analyse and fix any issues with links and images (such as ALT) • Check and fix any internal or external links • Check load times and any browser compatibility issues • Create a HTML and XML site Map. 3. Create LOCAL links • Create LOCAL links for the site. I am open to offers on the number of links and the cost. I DO NOT want a lot of black hat links I would rather a smaller number of good quality white hat links. So these are the 3 deliverables and the way I review your bids are 1. The cost. I think this work would cost USD 100 to USD 150 to complete so I will set a limit or a filter at USD 200 and anyone on or above will not be reviewed. 2. I will look at your previous work and feedback. If you have any questions please ask but don’t ask me for the URL of the website. It is a 5 page WordPress site and it belongs to a client of mine and I will want to protect my client. I work with a number of clients so I hope I can find a SEO company I can work with on this project and other projects
