We are looking for experienced recruiters that help us in our pre-launch in the US. The Company is a jewlery Company where the founder have been a part of a very succesfull jewlery brand in the past.
We need people from the US - starting from now.
The Company runs on network marketing (mlm, direct sales) - how ever the business model and compensation plan is different from whats already in the market.
We imagine you to have some or alot of experience with network marketing and recruting and is able to help your team with recruitment issues.
At the moment logistics for distribution the items is in the making and the actual launch will be in mid february. Until then there is alot of work to do with preparing the teams and building a structure of Great recruiters that potentially Can become Great leaders in this Company.
The luxury jewlery webshop works like a “dropshipping” the ambassadors of this Company only need to promote the products on their website and expand their team. (The rest is handled by the Company).
We would appriciate to have both rising stars (those that are confident that they Can recruit) and also the experienced marketer who needs more or something new. If you are currently with an other mlm Company we do not mind - Thats up to you.
There is an option to pay Per recruited or more preffered is to act an active role in the Company.
