My business is in the process of developing an online course that teaches people how to create their own online course. Our product will be interactive multimedia, most likely built in Articulate Storyline or similar.
The course is not for people who want to create a video course. It is for businesses that currently use a paper-based system for training and development and want to modernise their system by producing it online. They dont necessarily want to outlay thousands of dollars paying a multimedia developer to create the course for them. Instead they want to learn how to do it themselves so they can continue to create a suite of online training/induction/professional development opportunities for their staff.
The complete course will cover everything from initial concept to final product and include the process of writing, editing, instructional design and multimedia development.
My challenge is to establish a niche market for this type of product.

7 - Comparison of keywords and recommendation on the most likely to succeed
8 - The niche market most in need of our product eg managers of hotels, directors of engineering firms, human resource managers in pharmaceuticals industry etc. I need to refine the niche market to the micro level
9 - Market need for our product in different countries
10 - How much people are paying/prepared to pay for this type of service
I need this information to be based on sound research and actual results obtained from various market research activities.
