Pinterest Marketing Genius Needed

I need someone to handle our Pinterest account. We are a furniture company in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC are. What I really want is for someone to increase the reach of our posts so we can get a lot of reaches and follows. The biggest issue that happened last was that the last person didn't really do anything, he used Pinterest paid marketing to advertise our pins, but honestly anyone can do that. That is not the right way, and if you plan on doing the same, then that's just not going to do. I am looking for original person that can create viral content and increase our follows and reach. I am very familiar with fake followers crap too, and that's just not going to do it either. If we see, our followers going up, but not the reach, you are not doing your job correctly. I will however, appreciate someone who thinks strategically and acts strategically, and if it takes some money to get the job done, then lets do it. Ie.. buy shoutouts, etc etc. Please Bid accordingly and after reading this, I will not accept auto bids, so the first word of your message needs to start with 'furniture' in order for me to even consider it.
