Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google)

We are looking to hire a paid ads specialist to run Meta & Google ads for our client's accounts.
*Must have mid - high level media buying experience.
We are a digital marketing and web design agency based in Ireland.
The role will be very lucrative for the right candidate as it will be performance-based.
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing team.
This role will require a very strong work ethic from a highly self-motivated individual. The role will be busy and varied great opportunity for growth.
The work you will undertake will vary depending on the clients you will be working with but will include advertising primarily on Facebook, Instagram & Google.
Additional training will be provided although extensive ad experience is required.
We require exceptional communication and perfect English language skills as you'll be responsible for liaising with the clients you manage on behalf of noise.
The correct candidate will be put in an environment that will lead them on a path of success, giving direct hands-on experience with 6, 7 & 8-figure companies.
Requirements:
- Ad spend managed in the past 12 months.
- Firm understanding of TOF, MOF, BOF account structure.
- Be able to create copy and marketing angles for a variety of industries.
- Be open to hearing feedback and suggestions that may improve performance.
- Be able to follow our internal processes for ad account management.
Daily Activities:
- Check in on the ad accounts under your management multiple times per day.
- Make adjustments to budget, bids, creative, etc., as needed each day.
- Coordinate with designers and the creative team to secure the assets you need to launch ads. You can design your own, but we have creative people on staff.
- Create potential new angles and copy as needed.
- Anything else needed to make sure accounts perform and clients stay happy.
- Liaise with clients and present reports of their ad performance with plans moving forward
