ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and management of the online sales and marketing strategy including SEO
Ongoing monitoring and development of strategies to overcome shortfalls using gap analysis and other techniques
Development of strategic online sales and marketing plan across all channels
Implementation of promotional and pricing strategies
Consumer engagement across all social media platforms
Planning and implementation of strategies together with internal and external resources
Ongoing monitoring of competitor activities/analysis
Ongoing reporting to CEO
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated successful track record in delivering sales and marketing targets in online channels and platforms
Experience within Information Technology Industry- highly regarded
Intimate understanding of all online channels/platforms and the key drivers to deliver commercial success
Ability to keep up to date with upcoming trends in online channels/platforms
High level of communication skills across the board
Self-driven and motivated
Creative and analytical ability
Strong business acumen

We will negotiate an initial number of hours based on an agreed upon hourly rate, further hours from casual through to full time hours may be offered based on performance.
