We’re Hiring: Online Marketing Assistant (Remote · Part-Time) We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Online Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations across multiple platforms and clients. This is a remote, part-time role with growth opportunities and performance-based incentives. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with AI tools, ads, and spreadsheets—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Assist with digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok – general support) Support ad copywriting (headlines, descriptions, basic creatives ideas) Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, content assistants, etc.) Manage and update spreadsheets (tracking leads, performance, tasks, KPIs) Help organize campaign assets, briefs, and reports Communicate in English and Spanish with team members and clients Support day-to-day marketing and operational tasks Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken) Experience using AI tools for marketing or productivity Strong skills with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) Basic to intermediate knowledge of advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads – conceptual level is fine) Some experience with copywriting or marketing content Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Kommo, HubSpot, etc.) Understanding of funnels, leads, and conversions Basic design knowledge (Canva) Experience working with agencies or multiple clients Role Details Type: Part-time Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Flexible Salary: $200 – $400 USD/month, depending on experience (Includes commissions & bonuses based on performance, results, and quality of work) Why Work With Us?
