Marketing Assistant - Help me sign up students for my online, music production lessons

Hello Marketing Freelancers, I teach music production to people through online lessons. Every week, I help people from around the country learn how to create and improve their songs. I work with everyone from beginners to professionals, in all recording software, and in any style of music. I have been doing this for years and am able to sign up 2 or 3 new students each month. But I am NOT a marketer. I EASILY spend the VAST majority of my time searching for and interacting with potential students (and relatively little time actually teaching). Nearly all of my students have come from craigslist (either from responding to my posts or from me searching for requests). A small handful of students have signed up after finding my site or youtube videos through Google. And I have made some charitable donations to facebook advertising (with no ROI to show for it ...since I haven't figured out how to pay the bills with "likes" or impressions yet). I am searching for someone with marketing experience who would be able to generate leads and help sign up my new students for my lessons. I can offer a commission of 15% of the my sales, which range from $200 to $600. So the potential pay would be $30 to $90 per new student.
