Link Building

I have many websites on varied topics that I need to build links to. I would prefer one way but reciprocal links are also acceptable. They should be from PR2 sites. Obviously the higher the page rank the better. I want to pay $20 per month for each website (starting with 10-15 websites) and I want to know how many links per website per month you can provide for that price. The links should be from genuine websites and not link farms, article directories, net directories, any gambling, adult sites, link farms or banned sites etc. They should not be on foreign language sites and most importantly they have to match the topic of the website and be relevant themed links. I will supply anchor text and descriptions. The links will need to be uploaded to a link exchange script program for which I will provide details. The links pages will have relevant categories already and you should start by finding links to fit those categories. If the right bidder is found then this will be ongoing monthly work. You will need to provide a list of links in a spreadsheet and the URL of where my link is so I can check. Please indicate how many websites you can handle per month? Do you have a team or work alone? How will you be finding relevant link partners? Can you provide me the URLs of any websites which you have done link building for? Please bid answering the questions above and let me know how many links you can get for one website for $20 per month. Please don't bid or send PMs with a list of your link prices - I just want to know how many links you will provide per website per month for $20 per month. Payment will be via Escrow at the end of each month.
