You will be responsible for:
Collaborating with us to optimise and implement the digital components of customer experience journeys
Maintaining deep understanding and insights of customers’ digital needs and behaviours and leverage insights to deliver to objectives.
Taking a leading role through websites and online marketing activity to enhance market awareness of product/service offerings.
Supporting the implementation of all online marketing initiatives encapsulating all digital marketing elements (including social media).
Proactively consulting with stakeholders during the design process adding value with innovative solutions
Managing online brand and marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Maintaining content across website to ensure accuracy, correctness and relevance of content, brand and design integrity, and search engine optimisation.
Developing and executing on agreed online marketing campaigns across websites.
Managing social media accounts and digital accounts.
Completing print and graphic design for promotional material.
Design, create and implement of all posts across media platforms.
Growing audiences and engagement across all social media platforms.
Providing timely and effective reporting and analysis for digital channels and make recommendations for improvement and optimisation of digital channels.
