I am in Vancouver. I want to promote my emigration (legal) and education services via websites (.cn) and social media as well as Baidu. I plan to have a virtual office in Hong Kong to service clients in Mainland China as well as Asia but I think I should have a Mandarin-speaking assistant who can receive phone calls and WeChat messages on my behalf and then take the information and send to me via email for follow up.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for receiving client enquiries, informing the client that you will pass the message to the Manager, and then send the information to me. Requires good English and Mandarin skills. Prefer HK location as I will be visiting HK every 6 months but open to other locations.
Assistance running WeChat group/blog posts and create social media community in China (weibo, etc)
In the beginning this will be low volume work, so please explain your pricing in your bid.
