We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that drive our online presence, engage our target audience, and contribute to the overall growth and impact of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand audience demographics and industry trends.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizations’ goals and objectives.
Set clear and measurable KPIs for digital marketing campaigns.
Create and oversee content strategies for various digital channels.
Optimize website content and structure for improved SEO.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation and engagement.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance and insights.
Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget.
Identify and implement strategies for conversion rate optimization.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Create social media content and overall management of social media channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools.
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of compliance and ethical standards in digital marketing.
Basic graphic design skills, ability to manipulate branding files in canva or photoshop for content creation
