Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO)
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Part-time ( 20hrs per week) , Remote( from Philippines)
We are a young Australian company, looking for a passionate candidate in digital and content marketing. You will be responsible to manage all our website content (currently on WordPress) for marketing campaigns across all online and offline channels, including content marketing, SEM, SEO, display, Facebook, LinkedIn, and etc.
Assess and improve our website for digital marketing purposes
Prepare online marketing content as brochures, presentations, datasheets etc.
Add relevant content created to our website (Brochure, datasheets) in a well-organized manner
Recommends methods to improve data and documentation management
Act as subject matter expert to implement proper SEO and digital marketing for our company
Recommend and implement changes to our website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Improve our website for organic search engine marketing
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to target each market segment we serve. Regularly check comments and posts on existing social channels to identify any potential customer service issues.
Perform keyword research, title tag and meta description development and provide on-page optimization recommendations on an ongoing basis.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display and retargeting advertising campaigns
Identify and implement SEO optimization recommendations
Manage email marketing efforts including creative direction, copywriting, promotion and segmentation to increase open and response rates
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Ideally in Marketing, Communications or a Web Design/IT field.
Hands-on experience in the development of a website in terms of content creation and the technical aspect of SEO.
Must have relevant experience in SEO & PPC
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager).
Experience with PPC management tools (e.g., Google Adwords & Bing)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Good analytical and communication skills
Applied knowledge of keyword analysis for services/industries
Solid writing skills (on-line marketing copy skills)
Great analytical/problem solving skills and attention to details skills (quality)
Be able to work from remote
Self-discipline/strong work ethic
The ability to be a self-starter lead and influence the team
Desire to learn and grow
Great communication skills
