Commission-Based UAE Client & Referral Partner Acquisition I am looking for a commission-based business development / referral partner for Klarwerth with focus on the UAE / Dubai market. Klarwerth is a Germany-based digital service for structured websites, storefronts, relaunches and ongoing digital care. The goal is to create real business opportunities in the UAE market. This can include: - direct client opportunities - referral partner opportunities - warm introductions - LinkedIn / Instagram / local business outreach - connections with businesses or partners who may need website, storefront, relaunch or digital care projects Good-fit direct clients may include: - premium service providers - beauty / wellness / aesthetic businesses - clinics or consultancies - car detailing / automotive services - interior / design-related businesses - fashion / jewelry / accessories brands - product brands - businesses selling through Instagram, WhatsApp, DM or Linktree without a proper website or storefront Good-fit referral partners may include: - branding studios - product / commercial photographers - jewelry / fashion photographers - SMM / content studios - business setup consultants - launch consultants - small marketing consultants - designers or agencies without their own web execution capacity This is not an hourly role, not a paid research task and not a lead-list project. The collaboration is success-based: - no upfront payment - no hourly rate - no retainer - no payment for raw lead lists, databases, research, outreach activity, partner lists or unqualified contacts - commission only after Klarwerth receives payment for a real client project Commission logic: For direct client opportunities: - 25% commission for the first 3 successfully closed client projects - 20% commission for following closed client projects - commission is calculated from the net amount actually received by Klarwerth For referral / partner introductions: - no commission is paid for the partner introduction alone - commission is paid only if the introduced partner later brings a paid Klarwerth client project - if more than one referral party is involved, the total commission pool is capped and agreed before the project starts What I need: - someone who understands the UAE / Dubai business environment - ability to identify businesses with real commercial potential - ability to open professional conversations - ability to qualify whether there is real website / storefront / digital presence need - clear reporting of contacted businesses, partners, replies and next steps - focus on real opportunities, not volume Important: - no spam - no fake promises - no misleading claims - no SEO, ranking, traffic or revenue guarantees - no promises about pricing, timelines or delivery on behalf of Klarwerth - no selling of databases or generic contact lists Please apply only if you are comfortable with a pure commission-only model and can focus on real UAE business opportunities or referral partnerships.
