For a Germany focused B2C campaign, I’d approach the system around deliverability first, with proper authentication, IP/domain reputation, bounce and complaint handling, monitoring, firewall/security, Cron jobs and a MailWizz/Interspire setup capable of scaling the sending volume. I’d also be careful with the aged lists. Rotating IPs alone won’t fix poor sender reputation; segmentation, list hygiene, throttling and gradual volume increases are equally important.
