Title: Marketing & Sales Specialist for Fragrance-Led Body Care Brand Description: We’re looking for a marketing and sales professional to help scale Mara, a fragrance-led body care brand focused on sensorial, everyday luxury. This role is for someone who understands how to turn branding into sales, not just likes or views. What we’re looking for: • Someone who can create and execute marketing strategies that actually drive sales • Experience with Instagram marketing, content-led selling, and performance campaigns • Ability to plan launches, offers, and funnels for D2C products • Understanding of beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a big plus • Comfortable working with a growing brand and taking ownership of results Your role will include: • Improving sales through Instagram and online channels • Helping build and optimise our marketing funnel (content → engagement → purchase) • Advising on ads, collaborations, and growth strategies • Tracking what’s working and refining it for better conversions Goal: Increase brand visibility and consistently boost sales.
