Agency Needs Facebook/Funnel Expert who can generate Leads via Facebook Ads with good ROI

We need someone who can take a business/industry, and a budget, and either create or edit a Funnel (usually in Click Funnels as we have many examples in there).
If you think you can target and do copy properly, please respond with your rate to integrate autoresponder, edit if needed, and take these live and what kind of access you will need.
We would want two campaigns focused on:
- Roofing - residential and commercial, basic funnel framework written out already
- Agency Funnel - This will attract prospective Roofers, Attorneys, Dentists, Flooring Companies and others who want MORE LEADS to request a call with us. Funnel already 90%created in Click Funnels. But lacks auto-responder for Free Report.
Ad budget will be $300 ad spend over 2 weeks as a test to see how it goes. Would prefer to start with a smaller budget to test the response rates.
