Outbound phone calls to business opportunity leads

I am bringing leads into my business opportunity, but have no desire to be on the phone with them. Looking for someone with experience turning leads into paid signups. Also must have experience upselling additional products. These are mostly american leads, so you must be fluent in english. If you can close 30% or more of my leads, I will pay a bonus and consider bringing you on full-time.
