I own a social media management company called Happyface Media. Until now, I've been handling all of the content creation and posting to our client's pages, but I need to hand that task over to someone else so I can focus on other aspects of the business. I'm looking for someone who is fluent in American English (UK English would be fine as well), that can get behind our philosophy of conversational marketing in social media and can create unique, custom content for each of our clients on a daily basis. This job does require you to have a Facebook account so that you can post directly to the client's pages.
This job will be on a monthly basis with daily posts to 8 - 12 client's pages. All Facebook page posts will automatically be sent to their Twitter accounts, but if you are able to make additional posts to Twitter through out the day that would be a big plus for getting this job as some of out clients have packages which include multiple Twitter posts a day. Again, the more work you can take off of my plate, the better the odds you have of getting the job.
Each post needs to be unique to the client and it needs to be varied in format from day to day. For example, one day may be a question, one day may be a picture, one day may be an announcement, one day may be a relevant article, etc. Our philosophy is somewhat unique and it is something you have to be able to get on board with. We strive to keep our content conversational. We're not so much a marketing firm as a PR firm. It is very important to both us and our clients that the posts we make be engaging, interactive, and non-intrusive. Occasional direct marketing posts are ok, but should be kept to a minimum. We are trying to build trust, brand recognition, and influence with these audiences, not get a quick sale. So, you have to be creative in how you post things so that the reader knows where and how to buy from the client, but they don't feel like they just watched a commercial. It's all about keeping it SOCIAL.
Our top end budget on this project is $250 per month. I'd prefer to keep it lower than this, however, as anywhere I can shave the budget on this means more money I can put into client building, which in turn means more customers. As we get more customers, your monthly pay will go up.
Whoever we award the job to will be given a one month trial run. If you do well, we'll bring you onto our team officially with the same monthly pay rate as well as a Happyface Media email address.
In your bid, please include a sample post that you would make for the following types of pages:
A business news tv show
An aviation lighting page
An IRA and investments page
An air conditioning and heating company
A fitness and men's health page.
These sample posts will be the most important thing we look at when selecting a candidate for the job, so please make sure these are well written.
If you are not fluent in English please do not bid. Only bid if you can write English that sounds like an American or UK citizen wrote it. Thanks!
