SEO LINK BUILDING for Website - White Hat Techniques only

Hi, I'm looking for SEO Link Building for a new website. The main keyword will be "san diego logo design" and I would like to target at least 4 keywords total. I will be able to provide all articles needed for submission myself, so hopefully your quote can be adjusted to account for this, or include addition links if possible. I'm only interested in White Hat solutions. This is my career, and would like to ensure that my website ranks well for many years to come. I've already worked with someone on the internal SEO, and have all the keywords selected. I am competent in regards to copywriting, and can create many more blog articles as needed. Really just need someone handle the offsite work and lay out a plan that will get us to the front page. I realize I will be selecting some high competition keywords, so please be straight with me in terms of realistically being able to achieve what I desire.
