SEO Expert needed to Fix [url removed, login to view] and Other Google issues

Hello,
We're looking for a very proficient SEO expert who can help us solve problems with google since we switched web hosts
We're having issues to make our website verified in webmaster's tools to have Google read our sitemap properly and to redirect [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]
Also we temporarily blocked Google from accessing our site with a [url removed, login to view] file but now we have updated the [url removed, login to view] file and Google is still reading our old file saying all our pages are blocked.
We have attempted to delete and recreate the webmaster's tool account to verify it again but it does not seem to work.
Our web site traffic was badly hit during Pinguin but another of our website which is in a subdomain is still number one in Google for its keyword.
