Promotion Virtual Assistant

I need a VA who can work with a twitter account, face book fan page, and obtain followers and likes to the pages. I also need to have someone link a blog to both accounts, which is already set up and work to promote these two accounts, and the blog on various social networking websites. This is significantly important that all followers, twitters, etc are legitimate people, REAL people and not scams or bots please. I have a list of the type of people, businesses, organizations, professionals, etc. that I want you to target to link to these accounts. Please keep in mind that this is a single month project and I need someone dedicated to do this. This is meant to make both accounts successful in the long term. This project will go to the person who bids the highest amount of followers, fans, etc. that they can achieve in 4 weeks time. You will be paid AFTER you reach your milestone of 25% of your promised result. Every quarter of your promised result releases 25% of the rate for this project. When you bid you MUST send me a message indicating how you can market these accounts. Otherwise, you are wasting your bid. For instance: “I can get you 1,000 facebook fans, 1,000 followers per week totaling 4,000 facebook fans, 4,000 followers in a month for X amount of money.” But tell me what YOU can do for the project.
