500 permanent backlinks from PR4+ sites

Link Builder to provide me with: 500 One-Way, permanent, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR4+ needed for website. Specific keywords and corresponding URLs will be provided. The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods (e.g. from hacked website). Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted or paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. Keywords are related to Home Improvement, Construction, Building and Maintenance, Home Security Products, Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Security Products - predominantly Australian based based. GUIDELINES: * Links must be strictly from: Google PR4+ Pages (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed) Please. All links will be checked * Free one-way manual links * One link per domain * The page must not contain more than 10-12 outbound links * URLs must be live as soon as you create them. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * Link page must be search engine friendly * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-60 days * Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement * Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses * Maximum of 25 links per day. * Sites have to be 2.5 - 3 Years old at least * Links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link * Sites must be in English, preferably UK based, and relevant to the keywords outlined above. * Prefer authoritative domains (.com/.[login to view URL]) * I reserve the right to cancel any link if not deemed suitable NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, COMMENTS, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, porn sites, pharmacy sites etc. (NO "bad neighborhood" sites) * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing * No links from "under construction" pages * No sites which ask for money later * No use of automated software or bots * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * NO black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only I will verify All links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct, the domain PR of each website, that the profile pages are publicly viewable without registration and Indexed in Google. You will need to produce a daily report with the following: 1. URL of page where link is located 2. Google PR of the page where my link is located.(clickable hyperlink) 3. Anchor Text used for the link 4. IP of link page 5.
