Looking to partner with SEO professional to create and market desktop application

I am an experienced programmer and I am tired to do custom development and getting paid small amounts from single customer. I am looking to develop application and sell it to many customers and receive greater income by developing once and selling many times. But there is a problem: I don't know what application the market needs. All my life I used computers and the Internet only to do programming job and have no idea what non-developer people use it for... Thus I am looking to partner with somebody who has great ideas but needs my (developer's) help to implement them into software.
