Looking for a SEO Specialist to Optimize Online Magazine

First and foremost, my site is an English speaking website so therefore I would need whomever to be able to speak and/or especially write in clear and precise English. I'm looking for 10,000+ Daily unique visitors to my internet magazine. My goal is to eventually get to 100,000 daily views but I'm looking for someone to help me get to 10K at the moment. We would also need the traffic to be partially targeted. We would like for people to sign up and join my website's community if possible and comment on articles and in the forums. Our goal is to increase reader interaction with the articles. I'm looking for someone in particular who has experience optimizing sites that have content that is always updating and changing on a daily basis. We have writers that post articles everyday and I'm looking for a SEO specialist who knows how to stay up with the latest trends and is extremely familiar with Wordpress. We would like you to use search engines, directories, blogs, facebook, twitter, & whatever else may be at your disposal to do so. We need the traffic to be geared towards the urban entertainment and politics and there's a couple of websites in mind that we would like for you to try to pull traffic from if possible.
