PR3+ link building - No PR2 or less links

I don't need onsite SEO, a generic offer or be position 1 in SERP. I require 160+ backlinks from PR3+ PAGES PERMANENT RELEVANT one way non-reciprocal dofollow backlinks on sites. You will be provided with 4 keywords and corresponding URL. Whitehat is crucial and required. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. I have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following: GUIDELINES: Links must be built manually over 5 days. (Max. of 40 links to be created per day) - to avoid any penalties. * 160 PR3+ backlinks (ACTUAL PAGE of backlink must be PR3 or more) * Minimum of 25 PR6 backlinks (PAGE must be PR6) * Minimum of 25 PR5 backlinks (PAGE must be PR5) * Minimum of 25 PR4 backlinks (PAGE must be PR4) * Minimum of 85 PR3 backlinks (PAGE must be PR3) * WHITE HAT ONLY - Absolutely NO black hat or Grey hat tactics * Only backlinks from relevant ENGLISH language websites related to Blogging * Links must be strictly from Google PR3+ PAGES NOT WEBSITES (PR of the actual PAGE where the link is placed). * All links must be Dofollow * Links must be permanently active dofollow links. * Links must be permanent, never expiring. * NO Subdomains * All linking websites domain must be at least 2 Years old. * All links must be permanent ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites. (NO Rented links). * No more than 30 other external links on same page where the link occurs. * Each link must be on separate domain (with unique IP address). * Each link must be on different C-class IP block. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * Linked SITES must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. * All links must be in text, no graphics. * Link page must be search engine friendly, visible, readable. * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing and Yahoo within last 30 days. * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, cloaking and other practices. I will allow "blog comments" on non-paginated comments pages. The comment must be related to the post so that the comment stick. No generic comments that would be deleted eventually. You will start getting backlinks in that order: PR6, PR5, PR4 and PR3. You must send a daily link report so it can be verified by me and can give my feedback. If a link is invalid at the end, it will have to be replaced. NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No links from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, etc. * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money later. * No use of automated software or bots. * No use of blackhat software. * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * No link farms and link exchange programs WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. PAYMENT After completion of project you must provide a spreadsheet with all the following information for all 1000 links: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed. We will create a milestone payment for 100% upon project commencement and will release it 30 days after the project is completed and the full report is delivered (to verify the links and make sure the links are permanent). All links no longer valid there must be replaced.
