Direct Sales Call Center-- I have hired and trained individuals for cold calls and setting appointments for home improvement sales. Each individual had to maintain $30,000 in sales per month. I performed weekly productivity evaluations for each call center employee. I conducted daily meetings and training sessions in order to enhance performance of each employee.
