look for people denied credit

I need someone to get me a list of people recently denied credit in US .Will pay $50 per 1000 and if any of them sign up ,will give you $5 per sign up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
