1000 PERMANENT PR3+ backlinks

I are seeking 1000 PR3+ permanent, one-way backlinks (At least 300 links from PR5+). I will provide you with key phrases to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different websites but related to jobs, employment, and recruitment websites. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away.
