Marketing Plan/Plan Implementation for E-Commerce Store

In 2008 I launched a small e-commerce store as a side business. Two years later, the business has grown steadily and within the past few months it has exploded. It’s now on track to exceed over $40,000 in sales this year; a 300% year-over-year increase. Up until this point I’ve done all of the site development, marketing, and growth on my own. My store has hundreds of products, a great following of customers (new and old), and plenty of room to grow. I feel that I have gone as far as I can on my own and I’m reaching out for assistance. I’m looking for someone to help grow the store-- come up with and implement ideas whether it is in advertising, marketing, product growth, site design/features, etc. This person would also assist in implementing these changes. I am NOT looking for an ecommerce or web developer. I have the website up and running. I need someone who can come up with and implement the plan to take this store to the next level. This would be an ongoing, month-to-month, relationship. Your proposal/bid will consist of two parts. -Part 1: Tell me about your business, how you’ve helped other similar clients and show examples of what you’ve done to grow their business. -Part 2: I will look over these submissions and will choose a handful for a follow-up proposal. I will show you my store and you will submit a proposal on how you think you can grow my store and take it to the next level. Bid will be for one month of service. If we both choose to continue the relationship, that rate will continue indefinitely.
