I am looking for a personal assistant/secretary to assist me in the day to day management of my business.
For the right individuals, the day to day role will include:
1. Internet research
2. Data input and organization
3. Information summarization
4. Proof reading
5. Some writing
It is important that you are familiar with the following tools:
1. MS office specifically word and excel
2. Google Docs (VERY IMPORTANT)
3. Online collaboration tools (not a must but added advantage)
Skills required for the job are
1. Good English (VERY IMPORTANT)
2. Articulate in writing
3. Well organized
4. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
5. Motivation to grow with us
6. Self discipline of highest caliber. It is our policy to not micro manage anyone.
7. Basic HTML and Wordpress skills is a must
For this position I will start you with $30/week for 10 hour work commitment. This time commitment will grow fairly fast so please ensure you can dedicate at least 20hours.
