This project sounds intriguing, yet is broadly defined. This proposal is scaled to an average size unit, estimated at approximately 1000sf. Larger or smaller projects will be scaled in proportion. Project Definition (2 days): Through email correspondence, digital file transfer, and telephone conference, we will define the scope of the project with regard to the following: • number and use of rooms in the space. • new construction or renovation • broad budget figures to narrow down the level of décor. Presentation (12 days): During this phase, AutoCAD drawings of the space will be generated, as well as 3D representations. Furnishing Representations consistent with client vision will be purchased from vendors (see Additional Resources), or supplied by client. Continued contact will occur as needed to confirm choices and progress to date. Additional Resources (to be supplied by client as required) CapDesigner – This tool requires a computer dongle, which must be purchased before use. Once installed, the product lines of a wide variety of furniture vendors (i.e. Hermann Miller, Steelcase) are available for inclusion in layouts. Specific packages for furnishings must be purchased at cost. Deliverables: Digital Board(s) in pdf format depicting floorplan and two line art elevations 3D popup of up to two rooms (client choice) in .jpg format Color Renderings of one 3D popup Payment Terms: 50% Retainer upon Contract Award Additional Resource Costs at time of purchase 50% balance upon receipt of Deliverables.

As per the requirement of the client the design and details will be furnished, following a strict project plan and timeline. Work to include 2dimensional and 3dimensional drawings for execution at site. Similiar work executed for Qatar Design Consortium, Doha.
